This year there will be elections held in the following regions: - New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland & Labrador

Every year, elections take place for one or more of the six regional representatives on the CCGE Executive. The six regions are Atlantic (NB, NS, NL and PEI), Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba/Saskatchewan/Nunavut, Alberta/Northwest Territories and British Columbia/Yukon.
The position of regional representative is for a three-year term, with the possibility of re-election for one additional three-year term. The term of office runs from October 1 to September 30.
Only CCGE members in the respective region may elect their representative. When a regional representative’s term is expiring, applications are sought from CCGE members from January 1st to May 31st of that year. The elections are held in September.
